Our primary mission at the Cherokee Tribal Gaming Commission is to protect the gaming public, the Tribe and Tribal assets. To do this we have established a very intricate set of laws, rules and regulations that must be followed in every transaction. We are mindful however that there is no system that is 100% foil-proof and therefore have taken steps to also enlist your help. 

 

If you have knowledge or suspect that someone is committing or has committed theft or fraud of any kind then we ask you to help us protect you and all the assets by reporting the crime. You may remain completely anonymous or give us your identifying information for a potential reward for information that leads to an arrest.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY HAVE JURISDICTION IN THE CASINOS LOCATED IN CHEROKEE NORTH CAROLINA AND MURPHY NORTH CAROLINA. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH ANY OTHER CASINO PLEASE CONTACT THEIR RESPECTIVE GAMING COMMISSION.
